These Terms of Service govern access to firesideguild.com and the Fireside Guild application. By creating an account or using the application, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian. You must provide accurate account information and use the service in accordance with applicable law.
2. Testing access
Fireside Guild is currently offered as a limited beta. Email verification or social authentication confirms identity but does not guarantee admission. Tester access requires administrator approval and may be limited, paused, or withdrawn while the application is being developed.
3. Accounts and security
You are responsible for activity under your account and for protecting your credentials. Do not share an invitation, impersonate another person, create deceptive accounts, or attempt to access another member's account. Notify Fireside Guild promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Fair play
Do not cheat, exploit defects, automate play without authorization, manipulate ratings, disrupt games, interfere with other users, reverse engineer protected service components, or use the service to distribute malicious code. Development feedback and good-faith bug reports are welcome.
5. Community conduct
Members must treat others respectfully. Harassment, threats, hate speech, sexual exploitation, fraud, spam, unlawful activity, and the sharing of another person's private information without permission are prohibited. Moderation tools may be used to review reports and protect the community.
6. Member content
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Fireside Guild a limited permission to host, process, display, and transmit that content as needed to operate and improve the service. You must have the right to submit the content and must not infringe the rights of others.
7. Games, rankings, and virtual items
Scores, ratings, achievements, practice chips, cosmetics, and other virtual records are entertainment features. They have no cash value, are not legal tender, and may not be redeemed or transferred for money. Fireside Guild does not provide real-money gambling or wagering.
8. Availability and changes
Beta features may change, contain errors, experience interruptions, or be removed. Fireside Guild may update game rules, reset test data, perform maintenance, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary. Reasonable efforts will be made to protect durable account data and communicate significant changes.
9. Ownership
Fireside Guild branding, interface designs, software, graphics, and original service content are owned by Fireside Guild or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms provide a personal, limited, revocable right to use the service; they do not transfer ownership.
10. Enforcement
Fireside Guild may warn, restrict, suspend, or terminate an account when reasonably necessary to enforce these terms, protect users, comply with law, or preserve service security. Where appropriate, an affected user may contact support for review.
11. Disclaimers and responsibility
The beta service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Fireside Guild does not promise uninterrupted operation or that every defect will be corrected immediately. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be excluded.
12. Changes and contact
